That classical looking building on the street just north of them is a famous synagogue, the David Familian Chapel.

Lankershim must also be patrolled!
This 1931 castle building is just north of the 134 on Lankershim. Not in Adam-12, but really great building on the way to their destination, looking for Officer Woods.
South on Lankershim, past Moorpark and St. Charles Borromeo church, make a left on Bloomfield. A LOT of damage has been done here. They visit this location three times (not twice) in this episode.
Later Reed comes right back to deliver a pizza (jumping ahead in the story here for photo comparison):
This sprang up long after Adam-12, but it's also on Ventura Blvd in Studio City, and it would definitely get your attention if TV show characters drove past it:
